Fitness: Land and Water Studio Classes
Come try the latest Hollywood fitness craze! PILOXING uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. PILOXING is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen.
This yoga class allows participants to combine the use of a paddleboard and yoga poses. Using the fluid water with a paddleboard as your base to gain the strength and flexibility required to maintain the balance and postures on water.
Our staff will lead you through basic techniques such as getting on and off your board and proper paddling and maneuvering techniques. This is a great class for anyone new to paddling and would like to experience a great day on the water!
TRX® Group Suspension
TRX suspension training is an empowering work-out that utilizes your full body weight and non-elastic straps, these work outs are completely customizable by varying the resistance based on your position. Receive rapid, complete body workouts that provide the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once across a wide range of resistance.

Our staff will lead you in experiencing the PaddleFit fitness system to achieve your fitness goals through both land based workouts, paddling technique & water based workouts. We will spend the majority of our time taking advantage of the natural terrain to enhance our workout experience, both physically and mentally. Intro classes will focus on safety, balance and stroke technique.
